We now supply the full filter media service. In conjunction with a major filter sand producer we now provide the complete package of manufacture, supply and installation of all types of filter media.
Our filter media pumps have been specially designed to provide the service that clients expect. They are small, quiet and efficient, being able to pump filter media at the rate of 30 tonnes per hour over a distance of 200 meters. The flexible delivery hose can reach any part of the water treatment works where ever the filters may be situated. The water used for pumping the media may be recycled as a standard option.
Western Carbons also produces specialist anthracite products for the oil and steel industries. Injection Carbon, Charge Carbon and Anthracite for Disulphide Separators are made to meet the customers exact requirements.
